We are thrilled to be showcasing the amazing work of MFA artist Abi Birkinshaw in our online gallery at Eben Contemporary.

After graduating with an MFA and BA (Hons) in fine art from Cardiff School of Art in 2019, Abi has developed a powerful new still-life language combining everyday domestic images, passing comments and inner thoughts.

Her emphasis on the raw narrative and conflicts between her inner thoughts and surroundings through skilled, subversive mark making and experimental composition, give her work a contemporary aesthetic with a nod to art history.
